Git 协作守则

1. 所有工作由 Issue 驱动，Issue 会 Assign 到具体的人，认领分配到自己的 Issue
2. 认领 Issue 后，开始工作前，确保 git pull 拉取最新代码，然后 创建分支 开始工作，分支命名规则 [issue_id]-[feature_description]，如 Issue 1: Feat: login page ，对应的分支名为 1-login-page，分支名应简短易懂
